MOE FAS
Singaporean students from lower-income households can apply for MOE FAS 2027. Apply online or in person at your school's General Office.
2027 MOE FAS APPLICATION
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to Singaporean students who need financial assistance. The 2027 MOE FAS is now open for application.
1. MOE FAS Income Criterion :

2. Application
Parents/Guardians only need to submit 1 application form even if the children are studying in different government and government-aided schools, independent schools, specialised schools, and specialised independent schools (NUS High School of Mathematics and Science, and School of Science and Technology). The outcome of the application will be made known in the SFS e-Services portal.
3. Onboarding to Household means Eligibility System (HOMES)
MOE has onboarded HOMES for means-testing of financial assistance. Most parents will no longer be required to submit supporting documents, thus making the application process more convenient.
